Company History

| 1999 |
Sung Bonna, founded Bonna Realty Group in Phnom Penh, the arena of all social, political and business activities. Since then, property listing compiled. |
| 2001 |
The National Bank of Cambodia was undergoing its nationwide State-Owned property appraisal. Bonna Realty landed in as one of the short listed bidders and was awarded the contract to be its official security valuator and periodic re-valuator. |
| 2002 |
Since then, Property Valuation service was on the rise. Contracts and appointment letters from various local and foreign banks has kept on pouring in. To strengthen and enhance the quality of this service, specialists in property appraisal were employed. |
| 2003 |
Fueled by demands and good reputation has enabled the company to attract property owners to avail of our service as their realtors. Since then, services in Property Rentals and Sales, Property Development and Consultancy, Property Management and Property Asset Management have progressed.
September 2003 marked the launch of our quarterly magazine, The "Khmer Property News". It has been circulating in major banks, embassies, NGOs, ministries, restaurants, shops and hotels for free. |
| 2004 |
This appeared to be the most challenging year for the company as competition in the real estate industry became much stiffer. BRG was also awarded the rights to appraise the 7 State-Owned Rubber Plantations and this is considered as one of the major achievements of BRG. |
| 2005 |
The Company transferred to a bigger office space thus, improving our service to our customers. The company opened its very first apartment located at building N° 9A, Street 163, east of Olympic Stadium. |
| 2006 |
The second Bonna Realty Group apartment opened in August of this year at building N° 31, Street 71, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang I, to support rental demands in Phnom Penh, which was immediately occupied by customers.
Through the years, the company had done many project consultancies such as a six storey hotel, supermarket and a supermarket building. Since then, our property and project consultancy is getting more popular with investors. |
| 2007 |
The third Bonna Realty Group apartment opened on July, situated at N° 27, Street 322, Sangkat Boeung Keng Kang I, Phnom Penh. |
| 2008 |
Bonna Realty Group number of affiliate banks had increased rapidly, with the efforts of the whole BRG team, Mr. Sung Bonna BRG's President and CEO became the first President of the National Valuers Association of Cambodia.
2008 set another milestone for the company as the first and only Real Estate Newspaper in Cambodia - Khmer Property News and the birth of Kounkhmerpit Program (The Real Cambodian Son Program) which works hand in hand to serve and help poor Cambodian orphans and other less fortunate people in Cambodia. |
